John and Chris do excellent work. They are very conscientious and skilled. They made the work stress free and I did not have any concerns about their integrity or honesty. I have used them three times and will use them again. I appreciate their willingness to explain what and how they do their work. They are also fun to be around.

We had a wonderful experience with Traverse Roots with a bathroom renovation. I lazily sent Jonathon a screenshot from Pinterest of a shower I liked, and he found the tiles and replicated it without any questions. He gave tips on storage and shower doors that I would have no knowledge of myself. He said he's put in shelves in some "dead space" and they built the most beautiful custom shelves. Not what was I expecting. I was taken aback by how above
And beyond they went. They are smart and timely and responsive and it was such a pleasure to work with them and I want to find more projects bc they made it so easy and results were perfect.
